Private Travel · Since 2025
Two sisters — a novelist and a sommelier — designing transformative journeys around story, table, and place.
Begin a conversationWho We Are
María Eugenia is a novelist and luxury travel advisor. Andreína is a sommelier who spent years as a beverage director at Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and New York. Together, we design travel that draws on both — the written eye and the trained palate.
We work with a small number of clients each year. Every itinerary is built from scratch: places we have been, tables we trust, people we know. Nothing assembled from a catalogue.
Every Mayobre Reserve journey is built on three things we know deeply — the table, the road less taken, and the relationships that open doors.
I — The Table
Private cellar tastings, mornings at local markets, dinners at places that don't take reservations — sourced from years working in rooms where food and wine are taken seriously.
II — The Route
The chapel only the farmers know, the winemaker who doesn't export, the village where the light is different in October. We are writers first. The research goes deep.
III — The Network
Years of relationships with hoteliers, guides, chefs, and winemakers on four continents. What we offer is not a package — it is access.

Andreína Mayobre
Sommelier · Beverage Director
Andreína spent her career at the intersection of wine and hospitality — as sommelier and beverage director at Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and New York. She brings that same precision and depth to every journey we design: the producers worth knowing, the bottles worth opening, the meals worth traveling for.

We accept a small number of new clients each year. The process is unhurried, personal, and begins with listening.
We start by listening — to what has moved you before, and what you are looking for now.
We build an itinerary from scratch. Places, tables, access — shaped around you specifically.
We revise together until the rhythm feels right. An itinerary should read like a well-edited book.
We handle every detail. You arrive at each place ready to be present.
Every conversation begins with a personal reply, not a form response.
Thank you — we will be in touch shortly.
